Cancellation and Refund Policy

Understanding our policies for appointment cancellations and refunds

Policy Overview

The cancellation and refund policy is only applicable for booking appointments.

User-Initiated Cancellation

When cancellation is initiated by the user:

Before Scheduled Appointment Time

Facility of change in date and timing will be provided, but no refund is applicable.

After Scheduled Appointment Time

Neither consultation fees nor reschedule will be entertained.

Hospital-Initiated Cancellation

In case cancellation is initiated by a relevant hospital due to unavailability of doctor:

100% of consultation fees and convenience fees will be refunded to the end user.

Refund Process

At the time of cancellation, the amount will be refunded via the same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only.

Refund Timeline

Amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
